Chr. Hansen, Milwaukee, WI, has invested more than $10 million in order to expand two of its facilities in Wisconsin; this includes the world’s largest -55°C freezer and a new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The expansion, which will allow the biotechnology company to expand its production of cultures for the dairy industry and continue its export growth, was unveiled earlier this year.
